This insures fair prices and much more to farmers in developing nations. After we hand select the beans we roast them in our small batch roaster. This allows for the best quality and consistency. After the roasting process is finished we hand bag them. We strive to only offer the freshest coffee. You can feel assured that you will be receiving the freshest, as we only ship coffee that has been roasted on or within few days of the ship date.
